Terms of use
These terms define the use of the MAANA store, order placement and the basic purchase conditions.
Seller

Products and prices
Product descriptions, images and prices are shown for information. We aim to keep them accurate, but collection, availability or price updates may be made.
Orders and payment
An order is considered accepted after payment confirmation. Payments are processed by Stripe or another certified payment provider. The MAANA website does not store card details. After successful payment, the seller system creates the order and invoice.
Delivery
Delivery for the Spanish market is planned through Latvian Post or Omniva. Both delivery methods cost 4.50 EUR and the estimated delivery time is 5-12 business days unless stated differently on the product page. Customers must provide a precise delivery address, postal code, city and phone number. Tracking information may initially be sent manually after the order is prepared.
Cancellations, returns and refunds
Customers can contact support with the order number, email and reason. If the order has not shipped yet, it may be cancelled and refunded. If the order has already shipped, return instructions will be provided. Items should be unused, undamaged and in original condition unless the law provides otherwise. Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and checked.
Website use
The website may not be used for fraudulent activity, automated data collection, distribution of harmful code or actions that interfere with normal store operation.
