To process an order we may use your name, email, phone number, delivery address, cart contents, payment status and technical information required to operate the store.
Payments
Card details are not stored on the MAANA website. Payment processing is intended to be handled by a certified payment provider such as Stripe.
How data is used
Data is used to fulfil orders, arrange delivery, provide customer support, keep accounting records, prevent fraud and comply with legal obligations.
Cookies and analytics
Necessary cookies are used for the cart, checkout, affiliate referral attribution and site operation. The store also keeps limited server-side usage events such as page views, cart actions and checkout starts to operate, secure and improve the service. Google Analytics 4 is used for audience measurement, while marketing tools such as Meta or TikTok pixels will only be used with separate marketing consent.
Retention and rights
Data is retained for as long as needed to fulfil orders and comply with legal duties. Customers may request access, correction, deletion or restriction where allowed by applicable law.
